I’m a PhD student in UCLA’s Computer Science department, and a former dot-commer. My major field is programming languages and systems. My minor fields are artificial intelligence and linguistics. I’m currently working on a dissertation proposal. Hopefully this blog will help me organize my thoughts and maybe attract some traffic that leads to conversations with others interested in similar topics.
I occasionally post things on matters other than research interests, but I’ve decided to primarily emphasisize the research in my ‘07 posts. I’ve also decided to eschew the psuedo-anonymity I’ve previously enjoyed in favor of creating a public professional and academic persona via this blog.
